Woodland Park Homeowners Association Update

Current Projects in Progress

• Speed Hump Project: We eagerly await the decision of our District Commissioner regarding the level of financial support they can provide for this project. For more information about this initiative, please click here.

• Pool Fence improvements: We are currently in the process of securing budget approval to replace the existing fence with a taller and more reliable one, as well as upgrading the security entrance system.

• Benches on parks and lakes: Our team is actively working on the installation of four benches around the amenity field. Additionally, we have plans to add more benches in the second field and two ponds, ensuring convenient access for all residents.

• Tennis/Pickleball and Beach Volley amenity update: We are patiently awaiting budget approval to fully pursue these enhancements in 2024. Alternatively, we may consider saving for them over a three-year period.



• Water fountains in 2 ponds: We are currently awaiting budget approval to proceed with the installation of water fountains in the two ponds. This project is planned for 2024, but we are also open to saving for it over a three-year period.
