Dear homeowners and residents of Woodland Park,
Amenity Access, Mail Kiosk, and Website Improvements
We’ve made several important updates to improve communication, access, and overall organization across Woodland Park. Please take a few minutes to review the latest updates and instructions below.
🔑 Amenity and Mail Kiosk Access Update
We’ve received a high volume of registrations and have completed a bulk upload of all submissions received through April 20. Thank you for your patience as we continue processing requests.
⏰ Deadline to submit your application: April 30
⚠️ Important Reminder
This access is required for both the pool and the mail kiosk.
📩 Check Your Email for Access
If you submitted your request, check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for an email from:

Setup Instructions
👉 Open the email and click Accept Invitation
👉 Download the PDK app on your phone
👉 Return to the email and click Accept Invitation again
👉 Log in using your email
📱 Make sure Bluetooth and location access are enabled
Your phone will then function as your access key
📱 Access Requirements
Each person must submit their own registration
Each person must have a unique email address
Access codes are sent via email, so shared emails will not work
A valid ID showing your Woodland Park address is required
👶 Minors with ID
Use the child’s name and email so it matches their ID
If no valid ID is available, they must be accompanied by an adult
🏡 Special Situations
Second homes, out of state IDs, caregivers, or nannies
Please submit their ID and provide additional proof tying them to your residence
You may reply to your registration email with supporting documents
⚠️ Common Issues and Clarifications
If incorrect information was submitted such as wrong email or name
A new form must be submitted per user
We are only using the information exactly as submitted and matching the ID
If multiple emails are used for the same person
We will keep the most recent submission and update accordingly
If duplicate access is requested using different emails for the same ID
Only one account will be kept using the latest submission
Do not submit multiple people under the same email
📱 Having Trouble Accessing
Download the PDK app and enter your email to request access
⚠️ The system allows limited attempts
If the limit is exceeded, your account may lock and require a reset

Lighting and electrical systems have been repaired
Access will be monitored to ensure only residents are using these areas
📬 Mail delivery is not affected
USPS has independent access at all times
🕒 Mail Kiosk Access Hours
6:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily
Hours may be adjusted in the future based on usage patterns
⏳ Transition Period
You may continue using your fobs until April 30
We will not lock the system until most residents are properly set up
No resident will be left without access

This ensures communication is properly documented and routed
These channels are not intended for emergencies
📞 Community Manager
For billing, violations, and account related matters, your community manager is your primary contact
During business hours, you may request a call through the website
If you do not receive a response, please notify the Board so we can follow up
