New Amenity Access System and Pool Opening
Dear homeowners and residents of Woodland Park,
We are pleased to announce that the community pool is now open. Thank you to everyone for your patience while the new access system was installed.
The new system allows residents to use their phone to access our community amenities instead of using physical fobs. This access will apply to the pool, the mailbox kiosk, and the dog park once everything is fully activated.
To receive access, residents must complete a short registration form so the HOA can verify residency and activate your Bluetooth access token.
Current fobs will continue to work for a limited time, but they will be permanently deactivated on April 30, 2026.
Please complete the form as soon as possible to avoid losing access.
During registration you will also see the updated pool rules. These rules will be posted at the entrance of the pool and on the bulletin board inside the pool area.
This upgrade was highly requested by residents. The goal is to make sure only Woodland Park residents are using the amenities and to improve safety and accountability for everyone in the community.
Please help us take care of the pool and surrounding areas. If you notice anything unusual or suspicious, please report it to the HOA.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we roll out this new system.
Remember, physical fobs will stop working after April 30, 2026, so please register as soon as possible.
