Quick Tip for New PDK Users When setting up the PDK app for the first time, be sure to Allow Bluetooth and Allow Location While Using the App when prompted. These permissions are required for your phone to communicate with the door readers. If you ever see a “No Door Access” message, you can usually resolve it by opening your phone’s Settings , selecting the PDK app , and turning Bluetooth off and back on. Dear Residents, Please be advised that the community pool area is scheduled to be pressure washed on Monday, August 10. To allow the vendor to safely complete the cleaning, the pool and surrounding pool deck will be closed during the pressure washing. Access to the pool area will be unavailable until the work has been completed and the area is safe to reopen. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this routine maintenance to keep the amenity clean and well-maintained.
