The Woodland Park Events Committee invites you to join your neighbors for an evening of great food, music, and community connection!

🍽️ Jerk Flavas is Coming – Friday, July 11

Enjoy flavorful Jamaican cuisine, good vibes, and a chance to meet your neighbors.

🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

📍 Location: Amenity parking lot

Jerk Flavas Jamaican Food Truck will be on-site with food available for purchase (this is not an HOA-funded event).

🎶 Music will be playing — bring your lawn chairs, grab dinner, and enjoy a relaxed summer evening together!

🛠️ Community Upkeep Updates

Thanks to your support, we’ve completed several improvements:

• ✅ Mailboxes have been repainted
• ✅ The bike rack has been repaired and painted
• ✅ Wood fencing at the main entrance has been fixed and painted
• ✅ Pool tiles have been repaired — please help us keep them intact by not allowing children to throw or hit them with rocks or toys
• 🪑 Replacement fabric for damaged pool chairs has been ordered and will be installed soon

We appreciate everyone who treats our shared spaces with care!

🏊 Pool Area Rules

Help us keep the pool area clean and safe:

• No glass bottles allowed
• No smoking or vaping of any kind
• Keep music low and family-friendly — for personal enjoyment only
• Return pool chairs and tables to their original position
• If you host a small party, clean up after yourselves — remove trash, food, and boxes
• Do not leave pizza boxes or overfilled trash behind

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Neighbor Etiquette

Please be considerate during home gatherings:

• Loud backyard music is disruptive — especially with large outdoor speakers
• If you want to play loud music, please do it inside your home
• Repeat noise complaints will result in violations

🌿 Irrigation & Landscape Checks

• Check your irrigation systems for leaks or overwatering
• Ensure timers are set properly to avoid flooding sidewalks

🚗 Amenity Area Parking Reminder

• Amenity lot is for temporary use only
• No overnight or extended parking allowed
• Vehicles left longer than 1 day may be towed at the owner’s expense
• Do not use the amenity lot as a turn-around area (“turbo parking”)
