Assessment Increase - Please Update Auto-Pay ASAP

As you may be aware, your 2024 community budget was adopted on October 3rd 2023. It is important to note that your assessments have changed for the upcoming year.
The new assessment will be $72.00 monthly effective January 1, 2024.
If you’re currently enrolled in the Auto-Draft* program through your owner portal, our system will handle the necessary adjustments and you do not need to take action.
However, if you're using any of the following payment methods, you must make the required changes before December 31, 2023:
- Auto Pay through Zego (accessible via your Owner portal)
- Reoccurring credit card or electronic check payments via Zego (accessible via your Owner portal)
- One-Time payments scheduled through your owner portal
- Checks mailed to lockbox Woodland Park Homeowners Association, c/o Evergreen Lifestyles Management, PO BOX 98121, Phoenix, AZ 85038-0121)
- Bill pay payments scheduled through your financial institution
*This does not include Auto Pay through Zego – accessed through your owner portal.

- The soccer nets are on the way and installed by the end of December.
- We have received 3 bids for the French drains in the playground, and the board will approve them at the next meeting.
- Krystal is getting bids for palm trees for the main entrances.
- Waiting on bids for various landscaping projects throughout the community.
