Important notice

This form is only for residents who live in the Woodland Park single family homes community.

If you live in the Woodland Park Townhomes at the second entrance, this form does not apply to you. The townhome community is a separate HOA with its own pool, rules, and access system.

Woodland Park has upgraded the access system for the following amenities.

  • Community Pool
  • Mailbox Kiosk
  • Dog Park

The new system allows residents to use their phone with a Bluetooth access token instead of a physical fob.

All current fobs will continue to work for a limited time and will be retired on April 30, 2026.

After that date, access to the amenities will be provided through your phone.

This system was installed to help prevent unauthorized access and to make sure that only Woodland Park residents are using the community amenities.

Each home may receive up to two Bluetooth access tokens by default.

If a home has more permanent adult residents, the HOA Board may review requests for additional access.
