Our Annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Pool Cabana. This is an important opportunity to stay informed about community updates and future plans.
Additionally, our current HOA President, Brian, will be stepping down, creating an open seat on the Board of Directors. If you’re interested in serving the community, we encourage you to attend and consider running for the board.
All homeowners should have received an official Annual Meeting Notice via USPS mail. This notice includes details about the meeting and a Board Member Candidate Form. If you would like to run for the open position, please complete the form and submit it to the Community Manager at WDLANDPK@CIRAMAIL.COM.
The form asks for the following details:
• Name
• Address
• Home Phone
• Any special experience or knowledge that may benefit you as a board member
• Any other relevant experience or information
Please return the completed form no later than Friday, March 21, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
